Where is Friendly City Print Shop located?
We are located at 123 Main Street in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Most standard orders are ready within 5-7 business days after final design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We provide custom design services for all types of print projects. Whether you have a clear vision or need help developing ideas, our design team is here to help.
Can I provide my own design files?
Yes, you can provide your own print-ready files. We accept PDF, AI, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. We will review your files to ensure they meet printing requirements.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes, we always provide digital proofs for your approval before printing. For larger orders or special projects, physical proofs may also be available upon request.
What types of paper do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of paper stocks including premium matte, glossy, textured linen, recycled options, and specialty papers. We are happy to provide samples.
Do you print envelopes and address them?
Yes! We offer envelope printing and digital address collection services. You can use our online address form to collect mailing addresses from your guests.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the project scope, quantity, paper selection, and design complexity. We provide free, detailed quotes for every project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
How does the address collection service work?
We create a custom online form for your event that you can share with your guests. They submit their addresses directly, which are then organized in your admin dashboard.
